Saw this posted on 247, pretty wild if true. Also college basketball is proposing up to 15 scholarship players on a roster.

This is going to really separate the P4 schools and G5 schools now. It will cut football roster sizes down as many Big Ten and SEC schools have 115-120 on their current rosters. There's still Title IX considerations so schools will have to be mindful about adding scholarships in certain men's and women's sports. It'll be interesting to see what Oregon does with baseball, softball, and volleyball since those use equivalent scholarships the most.
