NFL Declarations - 2025
Derrick Harmon and Jordan James have now both declared their intentions to forego their final season of eligibility and head to the NFL.
Decisions still to be made:
Josh Conerly Jr.
Jamaree Caldwell
Kobe Savage
Evan Stewart - Returning
Noah Whittington
Bryce Boettcher - Returning
(Others I'm likely missing)

Re: NFL Declarations - 2025
Is today not the deadline to declare? I believe teams that are/ were involved in the CFP have 5 days after the completion of their game.StevensTechU wrote:Derrick Harmon and Jordan James have now both declared their intentions to forego their final season of eligibility and head to the NFL.

Re: NFL Declarations - 2025
Today is the "soft" deadline. The more real deadline is Jan. 15. Players participating in the championship game have until the 24th.lmduck wrote: Mon Jan 06, 2025 1:37 pmIs today not the deadline to declare? Re: NFL Declarations - 2025
It is the soft deadline for players to declare but there's still a hard deadline on Jan. 15th. I really have no clue what the big difference is between the two though.lmduck wrote: Mon Jan 06, 2025 1:37 pmIs today not the deadline to declare? Re: NFL Declarations - 2025
Portal date for CFP participants just happens to coincide with the NFL's soft deadline this year.Duck07 wrote: Mon Jan 06, 2025 6:34 pm I thought the 5 days after last game was for the Portal, not the NFL.

Re: NFL Declarations - 2025
These NFL announcements by guys who don't have eligibility left are a bit odd.

Absolutely. I think in years past it's been exactly that - a thank you letter - and distinguishable from the guys who are delivering their intention to leave early.lmduck wrote: Tue Jan 07, 2025 6:36 pmWell I appreciate that they are thanking the people who helped them along the wayStevensTechU wrote:These NFL announcements by guys who don't have eligibility left are a bit odd.
