17-0. If we can't pull that off, I give up on this team

That means an undefeated regular season, conference championship and then not getting a top 4 seed, which isn't possible.

If that's your take on it, then it also means you didn't understand that I was joking

My expectation is a 10-2 regular season and then miss the playoffs to a couple of 9-3 SEC teams and then lose as most of the best players and transfers declare for the draft and skip the Alamo bowl. 10-3 final record.

Oregon State could in theory do it. But not in reality. I doubt the committee will look fondly on them for play WSU multiple times.

I think 10-2, possibly 10-3 (with a loss in the Big-12 championship or 11-2 with a win).
I think we'll make the playoffs, and wouldn't be surprised to see us make a run by winning a couple games.
I'm not as worried about us as I am the rest of the conference. Ohio State is losing a LOT of talent, but they've also begun to reload. Michigan and Indiana both look to be improved.
The O-Line needs some reps to gel and then I think they'll be fine. We should be very good at the skill positions again, as well.
I'm a bit concerned about the defense, though. They need to improve over last year or we may lose games that we shouldn't. They were good, but not elite.

Maybe this will change some minds on how good we can be. Dak Moore balling out, looking like Chase 2.0. Right now, I’d say he has the potential to be our best wr ever. Just win the mvp of his second all star game.

For whatever it's worth, I think he goes by Kori as the short version of his name. Maybe you've seen Dak, though.buckmarkduck wrote: Sat Jan 18, 2025 12:39 am Maybe this will change some minds on how good we can be. Dak Moore balling out, looking like Chase 2.0.
