A little concerned at the moment that the weather might be a bit poopy (given all the eyes watching GameDay + the [untrue] "it never rains at Autzen" mantra), but oh well.

I am so hoping Cignetti goes Cignetti and says something. That man can coach his ass but he has a bit of that Gundy in him.

He can absolutely back up his mouth though.

If Franklin's buyout wasn't so big, Cignetti seems like a perfect fit in State College.

The new AP poll drops the Ducks to #3 and raises Indiana to #7. The Hoosiers also #7 in the coaches' poll.

Some Hoosier fans are thinking just this. But why leave something that you have built?

Money, recruiting, more support, etc.

Penn State has 13 four stars, y’all have 4. If growth/money is a factor for him, then it makes sense.

Not saying I love it, it’s fun when coaches stick at the place they’ve built up. But it’s the nature of the beast.

Because successful coaches are headcases and they want to show they're the best and most manly of all the manly men *lets out a gorilla yell*. We watched Chris Petersen at Boise State decline overtires numerous times, but even he relented and wound up at washington. Cignetti has nowhere near the roots in Indiana that Petersen had in Boise. He's been there less than two years.

Didn’t IU just give him a huge raise and a big buyout if anyone wants to hire him? PSU can’t afford to buyout Franklin and pay IU
