Oregon has landed their first off-season addition with 2026 3* SF Seven Spurlock committing. He was previously committed to Arizona State and had offers from Texas, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Houston, Auburn & others. He's more of a defender who likes to score at the rim and run the floor so don't expect much 3-point shooting out of him.
Here's 247 Sports' scouting report on him:
Athletically and physically, Spurlock is ready to play in the Big 12. He looks like a high-level tight end prospect with his strong frame, broad shoulders and long arms. When the game is up and down and he can sprint in transition, he's a force going to the rim. When the game is more of a half court setting, he gets a little lost because of his inconsistent jump shot. His quickest path to playing time will be by ramping up his motor and being a junkyard dog type who can make things happen thanks to his athletic gifts and hustle.
