Potential Future Scheduling

Heyo! I haven't had time to post here but I returned to post about a topic that fascinates me, that being OOC scheduling.

First of all, with the 24-team CFP being just around the corner, one requirement is apparently that every Power 4 team must play another Power opponent in their schedules, however, we don't meet that requirement until 2033 when there's a Texas Tech game scheduled to take place at Autzen, and I'm sure the Ducks have been doing efforts to meet the requirement judging by some journalists mentioning that, iirc one of them even said there's scrambling being done so that the schools that don't have another P4 scheduled in 2027 do get one, among those being UO as our schedule consists of Eastern Washington, Coastal Carolina and Western Kentucky.

As we've seen recently, there's a Big Ten vs. SEC scheduling agreement that's being planned and will very likely be announced after the CFP expansion is finalized, meaning we'll get to see some matchups that wouldn't have been possible before against teams like Alabama, but there's another bit I've heard from another fanbase that there's rumblings that could involve us.

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish's beat writers have said that ND has scheduled a very big opponent for 2027 which coincided with the date change of a Kent State matchup that same year, and multiple people that like the Irish have heard or said a possibility on who that opponent is could be Oregon, albeit the options are still wide open and could be someone else like Indiana or USC, I'm aware our OOC schedule is full for 2027 but thanks to the new rules we'll have to cancel or postpone one of those games, if anyone else can confirm if Notre Dame vs. Oregon is being planned I'll appreciate it but for now my expectations are very low.
