So - anybody have the skinny on his situation? I know he won't be going to Hawaii and that JJ will man shortstop in his absence - but does anyone know the specifics of his situation and how long he may be suspended?

If it's the pot thing, it might be awhile before he can pass a UA - depending on the frequency of his usage, of course.

I just can't wrap my head around the selfishness of some kids - does he not realize he could be the key to getting to Omaha? I'm really disappointed in K.C. right now.

Not sure how long he'll be out, last year he missed a Pac-10 series and Scott McGough did a damn fine job filling in at short. Hopefully he didn't mess up too bad.
