GOOD question, are we that bad or is bsu that good?!? I'll tell you one thing though, Kellen Moore is pretty sweet. He runs their system perfectly...greenyellow wrote:I think that BSU is a decent team but nothing last night suggested they were a top-10 team, maybe only top-20.duckgrad99 wrote:I was asking myself this question after the game last night and this morning. Do you think Boise St is really good, or were we that bad? Boise St may finish undeafted this season, but I don't think they are that great. The home field obviously had something to do with their success. Not taking away from their win because they smacked Oregon, but I just don't think they are a top 10 team.

I think it's a little of both.uodux1212 wrote:GOOD question, are we that bad or is bsu that good?!? I'll tell you one thing though, Kellen Moore is pretty sweet. Anyone know if Crenshaw or Alston was available last night? Where was Tunei and Embry and Cantu, etc? I cannot believe the lack of impact our guys had.

I could have sworn that I saw Alston there but I didn't catch the player so maybe I misidentified him. Crenshaw was there but had an injury that probably prevented him from contributing; he maybe only went to be there just in case they needed another RB. I think as a whole we didn't see what the WRs could because Masoli was so locked on to Maehl and Holland and we had the ball so few times.duckgrad99 wrote:Anyone know if Crenshaw or Alston was available last night? This might sound insane, but I feel A LOT better about the game while I am watching the replay. The first half sucked balls but there were positives in the second half. Masoli needs to improve his reads in the running game and our O Line needs to be shored up a little bit, but they are one more game experienced. I still have crazy enthusiasm for this team. GO DUCKS!!

What was insane was that the Ducks still could have won this game in the fourth quarter.

Alston has academic issues he won't be playing for the Purdue game and wasn't at the Boise State game.duckgrad99 wrote:Anyone know if Crenshaw or Alston was available last night? Where was Tunei and Embry and Cantu, etc? I cannot believe the lack of impact our guys had.

I just realized I didn't hear Littlejohn's name all night, where was he? I was so excited to see him play, and he either didn't do anything, or he didn't play...someone fill me in please.

Most of our play makers never got the chance to shine because we couldn't manage any first downs, so we had so few plays. I usually watch these games over during the week preceding but not this time, it was just too painful!duckgrad99 wrote:Anyone know if Crenshaw or Alston was available last night? Hey at least the game was close. The way we were playing, it could have been much worse.
I was gonna write up some big summary of what I thought about the game, but I think its best to let this game be and start over. Go ducks!
